Accepted Payment Methods
Caelementvapegift accepts the following payment methods:
- Visa – Credit and debit cards
- MasterCard – Credit and debit cards
- PayPal – Online payment platform
All transactions are processed in United States dollars (USD). If you are located outside the United States, your bank may apply a currency conversion fee. We are not responsible for any such fees. Prices displayed on our website are in United States dollars. If you are shopping from Canada, your bank or payment provider will convert the amount to your local currency at the applicable exchange rate.
Payment Security
We take the security of your payment information seriously. All payment transactions on our website are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology. We do not store your full credit card or debit card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive payment information on our servers. Payment information is transmitted directly to our payment processors, who are PCI-DSS compliant.
Payment Processing
Your payment will be processed at the time you place your order. If your payment cannot be processed for any reason, we will notify you by email. Your order will not be shipped until the payment issue is resolved. If your payment fails, your order will be placed on hold for 48 hours. During this time, you may update your payment information. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled and any reserved inventory will be released.
Order Confirmation
After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase. This email serves as your receipt and includes your order number, a summary of the items purchased, and the total amount charged.
Pricing and Fees
All prices displayed on our website are in United States dollars and include the cost of the product only. Shipping is free for all orders to the United States and Canada. There are no additional handling fees, processing fees, or hidden charges added at checkout.
Refunds to Original Payment Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the credit to your account.
